WebI tend to have a lot of tabs, so this setting is welcome, but it seems to require the tab to be refreshed (using the standard Ctrl-r or F5 keybinding) for Vimium shortcuts to start working again. This is annoying when using shift j/k to navigate tabs. Is there anything that can be done other than not using this setting or refreshing the page?
