WebMSN will allow comments on it's news… MSN will allow comments on it's news stories, as long as they supposedly comply with it's "community guidelines" around profanity, hate speech, bullying, etc. But the REAL censorship guidelines are MUCH more broad. I have personally had dozens of polite, mundane, fact based comments censored.
