High quality genome
WebA high-quality genome was produced using proximity ligation libraries and the software pipeline HiRise at Dovetail Genomics, LLC. Briefly, for Chicago and the Dovetail HiC library preparation, chromatin was fixed with formaldehyde. Fixed chromatin was then digested with DpnII and free blunt ends were ligated. WebA high-quality yellowhorn genome assembly is key to underlying the genetic basis of its ability to adapt to extreme environments and produce high oil seed content. In this study, using Circular consensus sequencing (CCS) long-read sequencing, we present a high-quality chromosome-scale genome assembly of Shanxi’s yellowhorn cultivar (XsoG11).
