WebbJust find the guy with the shoulder-launched surface-to-air missle (a/k/a Stinger), point the 9mm pistol at him, and “request” that he shoot down the helicopter. Other methods involving directly applying the 9mm in the direction of the helicopter are very, very unlikely to bring it down.
