WebI didn't use OP's test IP as without the rule i couldn't ping it. Instead, I chose an IP that exists in the dshield list "89.248.165.2" as part of the "89.248.165.0/24" range that is blocked in dshield_30d. Before applying I can ping it. After applying the rule, I can still ping it.
