WebWhen you cut off the excess material Solidworks doesn't know what to do with that corner. To fix it you need several cuts and an unfold/fold. The first cut is a partial cut of the right flange. Give it a collinear relation to the top of the left flange and make sure it doesn't cross the bend. Then unfold and cut off the rest of the excess.
