SpletBoth seats are great and the Swash 1000 is by far the most comfortable IMO. This sub isn't a good example of which bidet seats are good, people are much more likely to complain than say something positive. Toto also makes quality bidets, if you have the money go for the Swash or the Toto Washlet.
